NHK 3G 10 Head Salad Multi Head Weigher
In order to fully meet the demand of the salads markets, a new multihead weigher for salads has been developed.
Application:
Fresh cut vegetables, salads, fruit, bakery, snack and other big size material.
Other: The floppy material with strip shape.
Features:
The new weigher features specially developed dimpled stainless steel surfaces on the new multihead weigher minimize the contact area between the weigher, which aims to help reduce salads sticking during handling. In addition, bigger amplitude feeders allow total control of the movement of all types of Salads.
High speed and high accuracy operate by automatic computerized combination weighing.
Use the digital sensors to enhance speed, precision and anti-jamming capability.
Color display input keypad, optional language of operation, English, Chinese, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Russian.
Frame with IP65 protection; all contact parts are made of dimple stainless steel, sanitary and easy to clean.

Step motor and load cell unit in Aluminum or Stainless Steel.

The opening and closing speed of weigher hoppers can be adjusted to avoid material falling into pieces or being blocked
The function of data statistics can make records such as pack no., pass rate, average error of each pack, etc
Better compatibility to equip with packing machines directly or sealing machines by hand.
